I want to buy a GIFT CARD

  • How does the recipient receive the information and conditions of the gift card?
    During the purchase process, you will have to indicate the email address of the person you want to receive the Gift Voucher.

    Once the purchase is confirmed through payment, the recipient will receive an email with the Gift Voucher, consisting of an alphanumeric code, along with the conditions to redeem it and all the details to reserve.
  • What are the conditions of the gift card?
    Reservations made with Gift Card credit will be subject to the conditions of the reservation made, in terms of confirmation, modification and cancellation.

    The gift voucher cannot be cancelled, is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • How do I make a reservation with my gift card?
    In the reservations section of our website you will have to select the dates and desired occupants.

    In the same bar, in the “Promocode” box, it is necessary to enter the corresponding alphanumeric code on the gift card.

    Once the selection has been made and at the end of the reservation process, the amount discounted on account of the gift card will be indicated.
  • Can I redeem the gift card for cash?
    The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.
  • Where can I redeem the gift card?
    The gift card is only valid for bookings through the official website.
  • What can I do if I lose the gift card code?
    You will need to contact the agency where the card was purchased so they can verify the buyer and beneficiary details.
  • Does the gift card code have an expiration date?
    Yes, it will expire within one year of purchase.
  • How can I cancel or modify my reservation?
    Whenever the reservation conditions allow it, if you want to modify or cancel the reservation, it will have to be done in the “My Reservations” section of the website. There, by entering the email and locator, you can modify or cancel your reservation.
