What is the distance from the hotel to the nearest beach? (HPLA)

The closest beach is called Playa de la Arena.

PLA: Our Hotel Playa la Arena is located 50m from this beach.
CLG: On the other hand, our Hotel Costa Los Gigantes is located 500 meters from it.

Both hotels are located next to each other and you can access this beach from the “south door” of each of them without having to use the main access of the hotel.

Yes, our hotels offer a mini club and activities during the day and a mini disco and shows at night (apart from many other surprises).
If what you are looking for is a fun family vacation with endless activities and guaranteed fun, we recommend the Costa Los Gigantes hotel.

If, on the other hand, you are looking for a quieter holiday, with the possibility of doing some specific activity, enjoying a show at night or relaxing with our live music, we recommend the Hotel Playa La Arena.

What does the "all-inclusive" board include?

Our all-inclusive service has recently been improved, which is now called All Inclusive Plus and consists of buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as snacks served at the pool bar.

What are the hotel check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m., which is when we can guarantee the availability of the rooms. Departure is until 12:00 p.m. Additionally, if you wish, you can request a late check-out at the reception (*with extra cost and subject to availability).

Is the hotel adapted for people with disabilities?

Yes, both the common areas of our hotels and some of the rooms are adapted. To have an adapted room you must make the request for said room by phone or by mail providing your reservation number since they are subject to availability.

Our entertainment team has activities prepared throughout the day, adapted to their age, in the company of our mascot "LANDI", our friendly turtle who is present at the hotel: it includes a Children's Miniclub with activities adapted to the little ones (crafts, sports, workshops, games etc.) and Minidisco.

At the Playa La Arena hotel we also have children's entertainment, but our program is not as extensive as at the Costa Los Gigantes.

Does the hotel have a gym?

CLG : Yes, at the Hotel Costa Los Gigantes we have a large gym for people over 18 years of age, equipped with a weight training area, cardio area, fitness room and spinning room. All this with magnificent views of the island of La Gomera.
BodyUP Gym hours are from 06:00 am to 10:00 pm every day.
PLA : At the Playa La Arena hotel we also have a complete gym service from 06:00am to 08:00pm.

At Landmar Costa Los Gigantes we have a large 1,800m2 spa with massage cabins, a wet area and a gym so that our clients can completely relax.

MindUP Spa is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays. *

What is the maximum occupancy per room?

CLG : The maximum occupancy at the Landmar Costa Los Gigantes Hotel is 5 people in a Landi Village room.
They can accommodate, for example: 2 adults + 3 children from 2 to 12 years old, being able to add a crib for a baby from 0 to 2 years old.
PLA : The maximum occupancy at the hotel Playa La Arena is:
3 persons in Standard, Superior and Deluxe rooms, for example; 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child from 2 to 12 years old. In any of these cases a baby cot can be added for a baby from 0 to 2 years old.
In Platinum room, the maximum occupancy is 2 persons and in Platinum Suite it could be a maximum of 4 persons (Adults only).

Up to what age are they considered children?

Children under 2 years old are considered babies and do not pay.

From 2 years old to 12 years old, they are considered children and pay as such. From 13 years old onwards they count as an adult. Always remember to inform the age of the children at the time of making your reservation.

Under no circumstances may minors (up to 18 years of age) stay without the supervision of an adult or consume alcoholic beverages.
