Participate in the Landmar Hotels Solidarity Night Run

On the 9th of April we will run for a good reason. This solidarity night race will be held for the benefit of the social services of Santiago del Teide.

There are only a few days left until the 9th edition of the Landmar Hotels Solidarity Night Run takes place on the 9th of April. It is time to register. We continue to look forward to this way of helping our community, as 100% of the proceeds will go to the social services of the town council of Santiago del Teide. Every contribution is important to build a better society.

The race has various distances so that everyone with spirit and enthusiasm can participate. Adults can sign up for the 6.5 km race or the 4.5 km race, two perfect ways to measure our performance while joining a good cause. Children will also be part of this experience, there are three distances planned for their participation: 200 metres, 500 metres and 1000 metres. Nobody is left out of this solidarity race.

The deadline for registration is 3 April, so you should hurry to be part of this beautiful sporting initiative in which everyone is welcome. To participate you just need a bit of willpower, some physical preparation, comfortable shoes and mainly one thing, the desire to have fun.

A festive atmosphere

Music, activities and lots of sport will unite this event which will start and finish in front of the Landmar Costa Los Gigantes hotel. At this point you will find the starting number pick-up point and the finish line. The routes are completely urban, and the activities will start at 19:00h with the children’s races, before moving on to the main event of the evening, at 20:00h, with the adult races.

Registrations can be made on the website www.canaryrun.com and are priced at €10 for those over 14 years of age. This money has a social purpose, as it will be given in its entirety to the social services of our municipality and will serve to help families who need it most. It is worth remembering that children under 14 years of age who wish to participate must download from the same website the authorisation to be signed by their legal guardians. This document must be attached with a photocopy of the signatory’s ID card and must be handed in on the day of the race.

If you wish to come from anywhere on the island or from other parts of our geography, you can stay in total comfort at Landmar Costa Los Gigantes. We recommend you to use our spa facilities after spending energy in the race, it is the perfect place to recover after a physical effort.
